1) Just determine an online streaming video.
2) Download it through tr.savefrom.net (Or any website/plugin else).
3) Put it in a new blank file.
4) Open a plain text file with UTF-8 coding system and rename your file the same as that of the video file only with an addition of ".srt" to the end.
5) Open your video using GOMPlayer, VLS Player or any other which lets you use subtitles.
6) In case your subtitle does not emerge, just drag its file into your video manually.
